Cardio Tennis

Cardio Tennis is a fun group activity to give players of all abilities an ultimate, high energy workout. Taught by a tennis coaching professional, it includes warm-up, cardio workout and cool-down phases.  If you are looking for a great new way to get in shape and burn those excess calories, try it today!

    Tuesday       9:30 - 10:15

    Wednesday    20:30 - 21:15 (Men only)

    Thursday     20:30 - 21:15

    Friday        9:30 - 10:15      

    Friday       18:00 - 18:45

All classes are £5 members, £7 non members, pay and play
